RFP Salesforce -based Grants Management Platform

Background
The Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District (Ag + Open Space) is seeking proposals for a Salesforce-based Grants Management System. The goal is to customize, implement, and integrate this system with their existing Salesforce instance to enhance tracking and reporting of grant activities related to specific projects or properties.

This initiative aims to improve data sharing, financial tracking, and streamline workflows across departments, ultimately enhancing accuracy, responsiveness, transparency, and efficiency in managing conservation and grant-related activities.

Work Details
Proposals must include the customization, implementation, and integration of a Grants Management System on the existing Salesforce platform. The system should seamlessly integrate with LOCATE for tracking grant activities and be configured to read and store data from the County’s Oracle PeopleSoft-based Enterprise Financial Systems (EFS).

Proposers are required to submit one electronic copy via the County of Sonoma’s Supplier Portal. Hard copy or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on October 24, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until the completion of the project, with significant milestones tied to the implementation phases outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at the County of Sonoma's facilities located at 400 Aviation Blvd, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws including the County of Sonoma Living Wage Ordinance. Additionally, bidders must be registered in the County's Supplier Portal prior to submitting proposals.
