RFP Primary # 10208688 Custom Photography Services

Background
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) of the State of California, under the California Natural Resources Agency, is seeking proposals for Custom Photography Services. This contract aims to support the DWR's Photography Unit by providing photographic images that document State Water Project construction sites, water education activities, and exhibits at DWR Visitors Centers. The goal is to ensure longevity and quality of photographic images used for legal and historic documentation purposes.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide custom photographic services including labor, materials, equipment, and facilities necessary for:
- Documenting State Water Project construction sites.
- Detailing water education activities.
- Displaying exhibits at DWR Visitors Centers.
- Supporting the Governor’s mandated water conservation programs.
- Meeting the needs of the California Natural Resources Agency and interagency clients.

The Contractor must have in-house capabilities including:
- Machine Print Processor
- Large Format InkJet Archival Pigment Printer (minimum 48 inches wide)
- Large Format Digital Photo Laser Printer (minimum 48 inches wide)
- Large Format Laminator and Mounter (minimum 48 inches wide)
- High-end repro scanner (film capacity up to 4” x 5”)
- Professional mat cutter with framing equipment.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years, starting from September 2025.

Place of Performance
The Contractor's facility must be located within 100 miles of DWR’s Headquarters at 715 P Street, Sacramento, California.
