RFP No. 23RD014 Media and Social Marketing Services for Research Findings Dissemination and Public Outreach

Background
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking proposals from marketing agencies, media/public relations firms, or other qualified organizations to develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to present CARB's health research findings in compelling, plain language and publicly accessible messages. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals for Media and Social Marketing Services for Research Findings Dissemination and Public Outreach.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide content for 15 fact sheets in English and Spanish. They should develop a work plan to identify the target audience, review and analyze research information from scientific reports, and consult with CARB staff to identify main themes. The contractor will be responsible for providing language/messaging as well as ideas or proposals for visual outreach materials.
They will also format written content for research synthesis documents. The contractor will develop a detailed project management plan that includes all the required deliverables and methods to measure proposed progress against the plan and within the project schedule.

Period of Performance
The contract period is two years, with specific due dates for each deliverable indicated in each task.
