Description

The City of Oakland, Oakland Fire Department. The Oakland Fire Department (OFD) seeks a qualified contractor to provide clinical assistance and referral for Fire Department personnel with behavioral healthcare concerns. This contractor will connect personnel to clinical resources equipped to respond to the special needs of Fire and Emergency Medical First Responders. They will also assist staff in assessing the nature of employee problems and help formulate action plans to intervene and correct such problems.
Background
The City of Oakland, specifically the Oakland Fire Department (OFD), is seeking a qualified contractor to provide clinical assistance and referral services for Fire Department personnel experiencing behavioral healthcare concerns.
The goal of this contract is to connect personnel with clinical resources that are equipped to address the unique needs of Fire and Emergency Medical First Responders.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
