RFP #8661 Integrated Modeling Support

Delta Stewardship Council is seeking proposals to to develop a strategic plan for building a sustainable modeling community and a governance framework to identify tasks and products that can be developed within the next 2-3 years that will both set this modeling community off in a clear direction towards its long-term vision, and be useful and useable for addressing pressing management questions.
