The City of Rialto is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance, Reporting, and Audit Support Services. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

This solicitation is issued by the City of Rialto.
Background:
The City of Rialto requires specialized services to maintain compliance with the Affordable Care Act, including timely and accurate reporting, as well as support during any audits. This RFP outlines the requirements and expectations for vendors to assist the City in meeting these obligations.
Contract Requirements:
Vendors must demonstrate expertise in ACA compliance, reporting, and audit support. All services must align with the specifications provided in the attached documents.

This is an online electronic bid only; paper copies will not be accepted.
Bidders are solely responsible for the timely submission of their electronic bid. Only bids that have been successfully transmitted and have received an E-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System will be considered.
Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted.
Bidders must ensure they understand how to use the bid management system, verify their computer system's capability to upload required documents, and maintain stable internet service.
Failure to successfully submit an electronic bid is at the bidder's sole risk; no relief will be provided for late or improperly submitted bids.

The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an E-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully.
