RFP #24-107010-01 - Government Center Parking Lot Improvements

Background
The Department of Facilities Management of Siskiyou County, California is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB #24-107010-01) for improvements to the Government Center Parking Lot located at 311 4th Street, Yreka, CA.

The project aims to enhance the parking lot's functionality and compliance with ADA regulations.

Work Details
The project involves the following tasks:
1. Removal of the existing parking lot surface.
2. Updating the ADA path of travel at the County’s Government Center.
3. Hauling off all debris and properly disposing of it.
4. Repaving the parking lot and ADA path in compliance with storm water regulations as per approved plans in Attachment B.

Contractors must provide detailed calculations regarding the square footage of the project area to assist in asphalt bid calculations and include a comprehensive Scope of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in Section 3 of the contract documents.

The work will be performed at the Government Center located at 311 4th Street, Yreka, CA.
