RFP 24-10618 Consultant Project Management Services

Background
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), specifically the Center for Health Statistics and Informatics (CHSI), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide specialized management, communication, organizational, and business services.

The goal of this contract is to modernize public health data systems and integrate various internal and external data sets into a cohesive data ecosystem. This initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public health programs by providing quicker access to analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1) Modernizing current public health data systems;
2) Acquiring and incorporating internal and external stakeholders' data sets into the CDPH data ecosystem;
3) Facilitating access to powerful analytical tools for public health programs;
4) Enabling meaningful, data-driven decisions for monitoring and evaluating public health programs.

Proposals must address all services outlined in Exhibit A entitled 'Scope of Work'.

Period of Performance
The contract term is expected to commence on March 17, 2025, and conclude on March 16, 2027. There is a possibility of extending the contract for an additional year or increasing funding by up to 30% of the contracted amount, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in California, as specified by the California Department of Public Health.
