Background
The State of California, Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety) is procuring consultative services for an annual safety culture assessment (SCA). The Proposer shall assist Energy Safety with the review of its 2023 Safety Culture Assessment (SCA) process and the development of a new process for 2024 and 2025.
The state anticipates services will be performed remotely for this agreement. The anticipated term of the contract will be for three (3) years. The Proposer’s rates will stay in effect for the entire contract term.

Work Details
The Proposer shall provide consultative services for an annual safety culture assessment, including reviewing the 2023 Safety Culture Assessment process and developing a new process for 2024 and 2025. The services are expected to be performed remotely. The winning Proposer will be required to adhere to all Agreement terms as indicated in Attachment 10, Sample Standard Agreement and Exhibits.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract will be for three (3) years.
