RFP #170600 - Oracle Forms Upgrade

The California State University (CSU) is seeking an experienced vendor for the upgrade and migration of Oracle Forms legacy applications to a cloud environment. The Chancellor's Office Applications department in the Information Technology Services division supports approximately ten (10) legacy applications that are built on the Oracle Forms and Reports 10g platform. These applications are accessed by the twenty-three (23) CSU campuses to submit mission-critical data for executive and state reporting requirements. These forms and reports are to be upgraded from version 10g to 12c and migrated to a cloud environment either in concert with the upgrade or upgraded in the cloud environment. This cloud will consist of a development, test, staging, and production environment.
