RFI - Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Background
The Office of Data and Innovation (ODI) in California is seeking information for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance state exempt recruitment and hiring processes. The solution should align with organizational goals and address key needs such as improving the hiring experience, ongoing support plan, and improved data collection for applicant diversity.

Work Details
The ATS must adhere to Web Accessibility standards, comply with ADA, meet Rehabilitation Act Section 508 requirements, and CA Government Code Section 65585. It should provide an accessible website and application, support mobile device job applications, offer robust job search and filter functionality, digital forms capabilities, application save and resume feature, auto-save functionality, diversity data collection tools, data reporting tools, automated candidate meeting scheduling, calendar integrations, events calendar, automated application confirmation system, social security entry for background checks with 2-factor authentication minimum requirement, document upload capability,
applicant profile management feature, subscription for application notifications, internal notes and flags functionality, vetting results tracking capability,
candidate attribute search feature, tracker for Senate confirmation process,
365 report/alert system for expiring terms notification.
