Background
The County of San Diego, through its Department of Behavioral Health Services (BHS), is seeking bids for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services.
This initiative aims to support the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) by providing essential transportation services for individuals needing medical care but not requiring emergency services.
The contract will facilitate access to healthcare for vulnerable populations, particularly those under the Office of the Public Conservator.

Work Details
The contract consists of four distinct Lots:
1. Lot 1: Ambulance services
2. Lot 2: Wheelchair Transportation
3. Lot 3: Ambulatory Van services
4. Lot 4: Ambulance services for Out of County transport.
Each Offeror must respond to all items within a lot to be considered for award.
The County intends to award at least one contract per lot and reserves the right to award Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary contracts based on total bid price per lot.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract will have an initial base period of one year, with four additional one-year options available.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of San Diego County, California.
