Rfb - Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 351 For C-27 Landscaping Contractor

Background
The County of San Diego is issuing a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 351 for landscaping services under the Simplebid® Unit Price Book (UPB). This contract aims to streamline the procurement process for construction tasks related to landscaping, utilizing a database of construction tasks and associated unit costs designed specifically for job order contracting.

Work Details
The Simplebid UPB includes both itemized unit costs and assembly level line items for various landscaping tasks. The unit costs are inclusive of all labor, equipment, and materials required for complete installation. The UPB is structured according to the CSI MasterFormat®, which organizes construction items into divisions and subgroups. Key components include:

- General Requirements Subgroup Division 01
- Facility Construction Subgroup Division 02 through Division 14
- Facility Services Subgroup Division 21 through Division 28
- Site and Infrastructure Subgroup Division 31 through Division 35.

Contractors are responsible for reviewing all project-specific documents to determine adjustment factors and ensure compliance with specifications.
