Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a web-based application that allows utility customers access to their individual hourly water usage data, current bill balance information, and personalized communications through emails, text messages, and voice messages. Key features include:
- Integration with Badger Beacon for meter usage data and Tyler Munis for billing data.
- User consumption comparisons with the City.
- Solution analytics capabilities.
- Cybersecurity measures compliant with ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018.
- Ability to set notification thresholds for usage and projected bills.
- Mobile device compatibility and support for multiple logins per account.
- Reporting capabilities including leak status reports and top water users by meter size.
- Training and support for City staff on using the Customer Portal.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years, with options for annual extensions on a monthly subscription basis.
