Background
The California State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to provide subscription services for a comprehensive online property data search application. This initiative aims to enhance the accessibility and management of property data across the state, supporting the agency's mission to ensure transparency and efficiency in public financial management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide subscription services for an online property data search application, which includes:

1. User Access:
- Up to two Administrator Users for managing user permissions.
- Up to 20 Access Users as requested by SCO.

2. Data Management:
- Collect, standardize, and update data from over 3,000 counties nationwide.
- Provide property ownership and parcel information from public, proprietary, and licensed sources, including daily updates for all land use types.
- Access to recorded document images and updated foreclosure information (Notice of default, Notice of trustee’s sale, REO properties).
- Color aerial photographs with bird’s eye views.
- Assessor’s parcel and street maps; legal, vesting, and voluntary lien reports; nationwide data coverage.

3. Customer Support:
- Unlimited customer service via phone, email, and online support.

4. Training:
- Onsite training during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM PT) at mutually agreed times.

5. Reporting Access:
- Property Profile Reports, Custom Reports, Street Map Searches, Comparable Sales, Parcel Maps, Flood Maps, Aerial Maps (with Street Map), Neighborhood Info Report, various Document Images (e.g., Assignment Doc Image), Full Transaction History, Foreclosure Activity.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for three years with two optional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily within California.
