Request for Qualifications and Proposals for District-wide Facilities Master Plan

Work Requested:
The Kern High School District is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive professional planning and architectural services. The primary objective is the development of a District-wide Facilities Master Plan that will guide the district's facilities planning and improvements over the next 10-20 years.

The District is undertaking a long-term planning initiative to ensure that its facilities meet current and future needs. This Facilities Master Plan will serve as a strategic roadmap for the district's facilities over the next two decades.

Contract Requirements:
Qualified architectural firms must demonstrate expertise in:

• Professional planning services
• Architectural design and assessment
• Development of long-term facilities master plans for educational institutions

The selected firm will be responsible for collaborating with the district to assess current facilities, identify needs, and develop a comprehensive master plan.
