4. Diary and claim tracking with automatic reminders and configurable alerts.
5. Document imaging and correspondence management with secure storage of diverse file types.
6. Security features including role-based access, encryption, and audit logging.
7. Integration with existing systems such as ISO ClaimSearch and Tyler Technology’s Munis/EERP solution.
8. Financial controls including reserve tracking and prevention of duplicate payments.
9. Litigation, subrogation, and recovery tracking functionalities.
10. Analytics and reporting tools for real-time data analysis.
11. Mobile capabilities for field access.
12. Project management services including installation, training, data migration, testing, ongoing support, and maintenance.
Period of Performance
The contract will be executed for an initial term of three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Glendale's facilities or remotely as required by the project needs.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate financial stability and successful implementations in similar-sized cities.
