Replace Seven (7) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Units at Three (3) Locations

The City of Madera is seeking bids for the replacement of seven (7) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units across three separate locations. The work to be completed under this contract includes:

• Replacing four (4) HVAC units at the Police Department, located at 330 South C Street, Madera, CA
• Replacing two (2) HVAC units at the Madera Municipal Golf Course, located at 23200 Avenue 17, Madera, CA
• Replacing one (1) HVAC unit at Fire Station #57, located at 200 South Schnoor Avenue, Madera, CA

The size and type of units to be installed are specified in the Specifications section of the Invitation for Bid (IFB).

This solicitation is issued by the City of Madera ( City ).

The City is issuing IFB No. 202526-18 to solicit sealed bids for the replacement of HVAC units at the above-listed facilities.

Contract requirements include:

• All pricing must encompass the complete scope of work, including uninstalling and disposing of existing HVAC units, supplying and installing new units, all necessary parts, labor, delivery/freight, disposal, and warranties.
• The contractor must obtain a no-fee building permit from the City's Building Department prior to starting work.

Bidders must submit sealed bids in accordance with the instructions outlined in IFB No. 202526-18.
