Rental Of One (1) Heavy-Duty Track-Mounted Mobile Screen Plant And One (1) Wheeled Stacker / Conveyor

The County of Riverside Purchasing, acting on behalf of the Department of Waste Resources, is seeking quotations for the rental of one (1) heavy-duty track-mounted mobile screen plant and one (1) wheeled stacker/conveyor. This contract involves providing these specific pieces of equipment for use by the Department of Waste Resources. Throughout this Request for Quote (RFQ), the terms 'Vendor', 'Bidder', and 'Contractor' are used interchangeably. The County of Riverside Purchasing is the requesting agency for this solicitation. The background for this contract is to support the operational needs of the Department of Waste Resources by securing the temporary use of specialized screening and stacking equipment through a rental agreement. To be considered, all quotations must adhere to the standards and specifications outlined in the RFQ. In cases where there is an extension error in pricing, the unit price will take precedence. Bidders must submit completed EXHIBITS A-B as applicable to their response, provide an Acord Form as proof of insurance coverage and limits (insurance requirements include General Provisions, Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Vehicle Liability, and details can be found at https://rc-hr.com/files/users/user81/2023-Standard-Contract-Language%20edited.pdf), show proof of Secretary of State registration status to confirm legal name and eligibility to do business in California, and upload a current business license relevant to the goods/services offered. The County reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity it deems reasonably correctable or not warranting rejection of the quotation. The County will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of quotations, nor for participation in the procurement process. Each quote must be complete and stand on its own; references such as 'See Enclosed Manual' will not be accepted. Receipt of all addenda, if any, must also be acknowledged in the submission.
