Removal, Replacement And Furnishing Of Security Camera Equipment

Background
The City of Anaheim is seeking a qualified specialty company to provide removal, replacement, and furnishing of security camera equipment at various City facilities. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) aims to facilitate an informed and competitive procurement process. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the selected contractor for an initial term of one year, with the option for four additional one-year extensions. The final agreement will conform to the terms outlined in the Model Contract included in this solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the removal, replacement, and furnishing of various security camera equipment as specified in the Scope of Work. The equipment includes:

- 2MP Outdoor IP Dome Cameras with AI Analytics (AXIS P3215VE and AXIS P3275-LVE)
- Indoor 5 MP AI-powered dome cameras (AXIS P3217-LV)
- 2MP AI-Powered PTZ IP Cameras (AXIS Q6355-LE)

Specific locations include courtyards, lobbies, and various buildings such as Ponderosa Park and Anaheim Convention Center. The contractor must also provide appropriate mounting equipment as per manufacturer recommendations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over an initial term of one year, with options for up to four additional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
Various City of Anaheim facilities including Ponderosa Park and Anaheim Convention Center.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must comply with all applicable laws, including California Labor Code provisions regarding prevailing wages. They must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate, auto liability insurance of at least $2 million per occurrence, and workers' compensation insurance as required by state statutes.
