Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Disposal services for the National Guard Armory located at 1700 East 1st Street, Pomona, CA 91766, in accordance with the Scope of Work. The contract is for 36 months and is slated for March 1, 2025, through February 29, 2028. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Jessica Jauregui, at jessica.jauregui@cmd.ca.gov and no later than 1:00 P.M., February 5, 2025. The bid opening will be held on February 12, 2025, at 1:00 P.M.
Background
The State of California, Office of the Adjutant General, State Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Refuse Collection and Disposal services at the National Guard Armory located at 1700 East 1st Street, Pomona, CA 91766.

The goal of the contract is to ensure proper waste management services for the facility over a specified period.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Disposal services in accordance with the Scope of Work outlined in Section 4 of the IFB.

The contractor must provide qualified and trained personnel skilled in refuse collection and disposal to execute the work in a careful and proficient manner. Specific service requirements will be detailed in Section 4 - Technical Provisions of this IFB.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a duration of 36 months, estimated to begin on or around March 1, 2025, and end on February 29, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the National Guard Armory located at 1700 East 1st Street, Pomona, CA 91766.
