Redlands Police Department Safety Hall (Phase I)

Scope of Work:
The Redlands Police Department Safety Hall (Phase I) project involves the following key tasks:

• Environmental abatement
• Demolition of the existing building
• Associated site demolition
• Clearing and grubbing of the 8.5-acre site
• Rough and fine grading across the site
• Provision and maintenance of temporary facilities, including perimeter fencing and portable sanitation units

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued for the Redlands Police Department.

Background:
The project is part of the initial phase (Phase I) for the development of the Redlands Police Department Safety Hall.

Contract Requirements:

• This is a public works, prevailing wage project.
• There is no OCIP/PLA (Owner Controlled Insurance Program/Project Labor Agreement) for this project.
• There is no CWA (Community Workforce Agreement) for this project.
• Allowance requirements can be found in Section 01 21 00 Allowances.
• Liquidated damages information is available in the Supplementary General Conditions.
