RCTC- Public Outreach and Marketing Services for Rail Program

Work Requested:
The Commission is seeking the services of a qualified Consultant to provide Public Outreach and Marketing Services specifically for its Rail Program. The selected Consultant will be responsible for delivering professional public outreach and marketing solutions as outlined in the Scope of Work (see Appendix A for a complete description).

This solicitation is issued by the Commission.

Background:
The Commission is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 26-25-052-00 to obtain competitive proposals from qualified Consultants capable of meeting the requirements for public outreach and marketing services in support of the Rail Program.

Contract Requirements:
- Proposals must address all elements detailed in the Scope of Work (Appendix A).
- Consultants must demonstrate professional experience and qualifications relevant to public outreach and marketing for rail or similar programs.

- All proposals must be submitted electronically via the Commission's PlanetBids website.
- Late proposals will not be accepted by PlanetBids.
- Proposals submitted by fax or email will not be accepted.
