Work Details

- 4 Cisco C9350-48HX switches (48-port 10G-mGig with 90W UPOE+)
- 4 Cisco PWR-C2-1600W AC power supplies
- Additional components such as cables, licenses, and software images.
All items must be brand new and sourced directly from Cisco or authorized channels. No substitutions or refurbished items are allowed. Delivery must include fully configured switches and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will require timely delivery of all specified items as per the agreed lead times outlined in the bid response.
Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to Information Services at 201 S. Anaheim Blvd., Suite 401, Anaheim, CA 92805 during regular business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must hold a Cisco GOLD certification and provide documentation verifying their status as an authorized channel partner. Bidders who do not meet these minimum qualifications may be disqualified. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a valid W-9 form and proof of insurance meeting specified coverage limits.
