Purchase of (1) New Potable Deep Well Pump Bowl Assembly and Refurbishment of an Existing Potable Deep Well Pump Bowl Assembly

The City of Pomona Water Department is requesting bids for the purchase of one new Potable Deep Well Pump bowl assembly and the refurbishment or rebuild of an existing Potable Deep Well Pump bowl assembly. Additionally, the contract requires the provision and installation of new stainless steel retainers with vesconite bearings, as well as a new head shaft. Installation services are not needed, as the City of Pomona installs and pulls their own pumps. This solicitation is issued by the City of Pomona Water Department. The background for this contract is to ensure the continued reliable operation of the City's potable deep well pumps by acquiring a new pump bowl assembly and refurbishing an existing one, along with necessary components. Contract requirements include supplying a new Potable Deep Well Pump bowl assembly, refurbishing or rebuilding an existing pump bowl assembly, providing and installing new stainless steel retainers with vesconite bearings, and supplying a new head shaft. No installation services are required from the contractor.
