Pull Boxes And Vents

Background
The City of Glendale, California, is soliciting quotes for the procurement of pull boxes and vents as per the attached specifications.
The goal of this contract is to acquire necessary materials that meet the city's operational needs.

Work Details
The solicitation includes the following items:
1) Pull Box with a 10" internal diameter, 42" height, minimum 125 square inches of open area for air venting, and specific model requirements;
2) Meter Boxes made from glass-reinforced polymer concrete with specified dimensions and chemical resistance;
3) Covers for meter boxes with non-skid surfaces and specific load ratings.
All items must be new and delivered in manufacturer’s packaging. Vendors must ensure that any equivalent items submitted are accompanied by specification sheets to verify their equivalency.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will require delivery of all products by August 19, 2025.

Place of Performance
All deliveries must be made FOB Glendale, California.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit only one bid per request. All quotes must include delivery costs and comply with the City of Glendale's terms and conditions.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their quoted items meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the RFQ.
