Work Details

- Cencom core control center (Whelen)
- Patrol power harness (Whelen)
- Interior and exterior lighting (Whelen)
- Siren Speaker and Bracket (Whelen)
- Various mounting hardware and accessories (Havis/Gamber-Johnson, Setina, Santa Cruz).
2. Upfitting of Fire Battalion Chief Vehicles, including:
- Light Bar System (Whelen)
- Traffic advisor (Whelen)
- Interior and exterior lighting (Whelen)
- Flood lights (Rigid)
- Antennas for radio installation.
3. Labor rates for installation services, with a specified hourly shop rate.
4. All products must be new; refurbished or demo products are not accepted unless authorized by the City.
Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be from December 15, 2025, through June 30, 2027. The City may renew the contract for up to five additional one-year periods.
Place of Performance
Work will primarily be performed at the Vendor's shop located within forty miles of the City’s Municipal Operations Center at 231 North Whisman Road, Mountain View, California.
Bidder Requirements
