Provide and/or Install Various Fire Life Safety Systems and Alarms Services

Background
The City of Los Angeles is seeking contractors to provide and/or install various fire life safety systems and alarms services for city projects. The goal of this contract is to enhance safety measures across city facilities through the implementation of effective fire safety systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing and/or installing various fire life safety systems, which may include but are not limited to:
- Fire alarms
- Smoke detectors
- Sprinkler systems
- Emergency lighting
- Other related equipment as specified in the project requirements.

The contractor must ensure that all installations comply with local codes and regulations. Additionally, the contractor may be required to perform maintenance and inspections on existing systems as part of the service agreement.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years from the date of award, with specific task orders issued as needed throughout this timeframe.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Los Angeles as designated by the project manager.
