Background
The California Department of General Services, through its Executive Office of Sustainability, is issuing a solicitation for the installation of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) at Angel Island State Park in Marin County, California. Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation and electrical connection of EVSE infrastructure. Major components include:
- Installation of wiring devices and all associated items necessary for a complete and operational system, including required testing.
- Saw cutting, trenching, backfilling, and finishing of the affected lot surface to restore it to its original condition.
- Installation of bollards as required by the contract.
- Provision and installation of all items shown on the construction drawings, including ADA accessible ports unless otherwise noted.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as Small Business or Micro Business through the California Department of General Services. A valid Contractor's State License Classification C-10 is required. Bidders must submit Certificates of Reported Compliance (CRC) for any fleet vehicles used in compliance with California Air Resources Board regulations. Additionally, participation in Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE) programs is required as outlined in the solicitation.
