Printing Services for Marketing Materials

Background
The OC Fair & Event Center, operated by the 32nd District Agricultural Association, is seeking bids for printing services for marketing materials. This contract aims to support various year-round programs and events at the facility, which hosts over 150 events annually, including the popular OC Fair and Imaginology. The District is a California state institution overseen by the Department of Food and Agriculture.

Work Details
The contractor will provide printing services for various marketing materials including rack cards, brochures, notecards, postcards, posters, envelopes, activity books, presentation folders, table tents, mounted table top signs, coloring pages, and fair maps.

Specific requirements include:
- Rack Cards: Size 5x10”, up to 5,000 copies due January 2025.
- Brochure - Design 1: Size 10.75x10”, up to 40,000 copies due May 2025.
- Brochure - Design 2: Size 8.5x14”, up to 40,000 copies due January 2025.
- Notecards - Design 1: Up to 1,000 copies due June 2025.
- Postcards - Design 1: Up to 1,500 copies due June 2025.
- Posters: Up to 100 copies due March 2025.
- Envelopes - Design 1: Up to 7,000 copies due March 2025.
- Activity Book: Up to 20,000 copies due March 2025.
- Presentation Folder: Up to 250 copies due March 2025.
- Table Tents: Two designs with quantities up to 100 each due March 2025.

Additional specifications include color requirements (4/4 cp full bleeds), paper types (e.g., C2S Cover Stock), and folding styles (e.g., tri-fold). The contractor must provide electronic and paper proofs for approval before production.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025 and conclude on December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the OC Fair & Event Center located at 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, California.
