Presidio Relocatable Classroom Project

Scope of Work:
The contract work consists of relocating and building out an existing portable building currently at Woodland Elementary, transporting it to Presidio Square, and completing all necessary installation and finishing tasks. The required work includes:

• Transporting and installing the portable building at the new location
• Ensuring the building is weather-tight
• Completing all exterior and interior finishes
• Sealing the modlines
• Performing all required interior architectural, mechanical, electrical, and low voltage finish work

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued for the Presidio Relocatable Classroom Project.

Background:
The project involves moving a portable classroom from Woodland Elementary to Presidio Square, followed by a comprehensive build-out to ensure the building is fully functional and meets all requirements.

Contract Requirements:
The contract is divided into two phases:

• Phase 00 20 Calendar Days: Submittal/Mobilization Phase
  During this phase, the contractor must submit all project submittals and order the necessary materials for the project.
• Phase 01 33 Calendar Days: Construction Phase (On Site)
  This phase includes all work required to transport the modular building, complete the structural system, establish a weather-tight building envelope, and finish all interior architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing work.

Instructions on Submission:
Contractors must ensure all submittals are provided during Phase 00 and all required materials are ordered to meet the project timeline.
