Background
The City of Palm Desert is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish a Professional Services Agreement for Post Deployment Workday Support. The City aims to procure these services to enhance the welfare of its residents.

Work Details
The services required include:
1. Workday Maintenance and Sustainment: Ongoing evaluation for improvement of function and performance, regulatory compliance, compliance with audits, reduction of manual intervention, and utilization of underused system features.
2. Workday Release Risk Evaluation, Planning, and Support: Preparation activities four months prior to releases including reviewing strategy roadmaps and feature requests; identifying release support teams; creating project plans; planning tenant management activities; reviewing release notes; recommending adoption strategies; supporting testing leads; configuring new features; conducting fit-gap analyses; and monitoring system performance post-release.
3. Additional Workday Support Elements: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) support, maintenance of City Configuration Workbooks, design and implementation of regulatory changes, technical consultative guidance for all adopted Workday modules, custom report creation, business process design and implementation, integration architecture design, continuous improvement evaluations, and issue support.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Palm Desert's facilities located at 73-510 Fred Waring Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92260.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must be a Workday certified service partner throughout the duration of the contract. They are required to submit proposals electronically through OpenGov Procurement. Proposals must include at least three references from similar projects within the last three years.
