Description

The City is requesting the services of a qualified vendor to provide pool maintenance and repair services. The detailed Scope of Work for these services can be found in Exhibit A. This solicitation is issued by the City, which is seeking to ensure the ongoing maintenance and repair of its pool facilities through a contract with a qualified provider. Vendors must be able to perform all pool maintenance and repair services as outlined in Exhibit A. Additionally, the contract resulting from this solicitation may, at the option of the successful proposer or bidder (referred to as the 'Contractor'), be extended for use by other government agencies, including any city, county, special district, department, agency, office, political subdivision, or governmental agency. However, there is no guarantee of usage by any other Government Agency, and any such use will be independent of the City. To submit a proposal, vendors must register as a vendor with the City's online bid management provider, PlanetBids. Bid documents are available for download free of charge to registered vendors. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to contact PlanetBids at 818-992-1771 to resolve any technical issues related to electronic bidding, including registering as a vendor, updating passwords, updating profiles, uploading or downloading documents, and submitting an electronic proposal. Please note that City offices are closed on alternate Fridays and holidays.
