Background
The City of Foster City is issuing a contract for the Police Department Kitchen Remodel Project (CIP 301-711). Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a California A and/or B contractor’s license. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to contract award. All listed subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. The successful bidder must comply with prevailing wage laws applicable to the project.
