Pipeline Newsletter Printing Services 2026-2027 Term

Work Requested:
The District is seeking qualified vendors to provide printing services for its internal newsletter, Pipeline, for the 2026 2027 term. The work includes:

• Printing a 20-page newsletter, Pipeline, with each issue requiring 1,800 copies.
• For 2026: Four (4) issues to be produced in May, July, September, and November.
• For 2027: Six (6) issues to be produced in January, March, May, July, September, and November, returning to the regular schedule.
• Conducting press checks to ensure print quality and consistency with approved proofs.
• Adhering to the production schedule, with a required printer production turnaround time of one (1) week.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the District for the provision of newsletter printing services.

Background:
The Pipeline newsletter is an internal publication of the District, typically issued six times annually. Due to the timing of this solicitation, the 2026 production year will consist of four issues, after which the regular six-issue schedule will resume in 2027.

Contract Requirements:
All services must be performed in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Conducting press checks for quality assurance.
• Maintaining consistency with approved proofs.
• Meeting the established production schedule and turnaround times.
