Description

The Contractor will perform physical inventory on nine (9) warehouses along the State Water Project (SWP). See Scope of Work for a complete description of work.
Background
The State of California, through the California Natural Resources Agency and the Department of Water Resources, is issuing Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 10201765 for Physical Inventory Audit Services.
The goal of this contract is to perform physical inventory on nine warehouses along the State Water Project (SWP). This initiative aims to ensure accurate inventory management and accountability within the state's water resource facilities.

Work Details
The Contractor will perform physical inventory services at nine warehouses located in various counties along the SWP. The specific locations include:
1. Delta Field Division – Contra Costa County – Two warehouses at 5280 Bruns Road, Byron, CA 94514.
2. Oroville Field Division – Butte County – One warehouse at 460 Glen Drive, Oroville, CA 95966.
3. Southern Field Division – Los Angeles County – One warehouse at 34534 116th Street East, Pearblossom, CA 93553.
4. San Joaquin Field Division – Kern County – Two warehouses at:
- 4201 Sabodan Street, Bakersfield, CA 93313
- 21139 Highway 46, Lost Hills, CA 93249.
5. San Luis Field Division – Merced County – Three warehouses at 31770 Gonzaga Road, Gustine, CA 95322.
The contractor must provide experienced personnel with a minimum of three years of experience in physical inventory services and submit resumes for all personnel involved. Additionally, a copy of company policies and procedures outlining the physical inventory process must be provided.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is two years with an option to renew for one additional year.
The expected start date for the agreement is March 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations along the State Water Project in California including counties such as Contra Costa, Butte, Los Angeles, Kern, and Merced.
