Pavement Condition Data Collection and Analysis

The City of Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants to provide professional services for pavement condition data collection and analysis. The primary work under this contract includes:

Collecting pavement condition data across the City's roadway network, specifically covering approximately 630 survey miles each year. This encompasses data collection on of City arterials and of the remaining road network.
Updating the City's Pavement Management Application (PMA) by entering field survey results into the StreetSaver PMA database.

The City of Sacramento is the requesting agency for these services.

This contract supports the City's ongoing efforts to maintain an adequate transportation infrastructure. As part of its standard practice, the City conducts annual pavement condition surveys to ensure the quality and safety of its roadways. The most recent data collection was completed in 2025 and is currently stored in the PMA database.

Contract requirements include:
Professional data collection and analysis services
Accurate and timely entry of survey results into the StreetSaver PMA database
