Parks Custodial Services

Background
The City of Claremont, California, is seeking proposals for Park Restroom Custodial Services to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all City-owned park restrooms.

The Community Services Department aims to ensure that these facilities meet health and safety standards for public use. The contract will be awarded based on a best value evaluation considering various criteria, including cost and service quality.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and customary work necessary for custodial services at the following locations:
- Blaisdell Park
- Joat Park (formerly Cahuilla Park)
- College Park
- El Barrio Park
- Griffith Park
- Higginbotham Park
- June Vail Park
- La Puerta Park
- Larkin Park
- Lewis Park
- Mallows Park
- Memorial Park
- Padua Avenue Park
- Wheeler Park

Additionally, services will include other locations such as parking structure restrooms and elevators. Specific tasks include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and related facilities.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three years with two optional one-year extensions. The contract is expected to commence upon award.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at various City-owned parks located in Claremont, California.
