Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services as outlined in Exhibit A, entitled 'Scope of Work.' This includes but is not limited to: assessing the current condition of the parking lot, performing necessary repairs such as resurfacing, sealing cracks, restriping parking spaces, and ensuring proper drainage.

The contractor must adhere to all specifications and requirements detailed in the IFB.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this contract is from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026. This may change based on early award or unforeseen delays in execution.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the CHP Temecula Area Office located at 27685 Commerce Center Drive, Temecula, CA 92590.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet several requirements including: possession of a valid Contractor’s State License Board (CSLB) C-12 license; registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR); certification as a small/micro business or participation as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) with a minimum participation requirement of 5%.

Additionally, bidders must have a history of sound business integrity and provide proof of liability insurance that meets specified requirements.
