Description

The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Parking Lot Repair Services, at North Sacramento Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IF
Background
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids for Parking Lot Repair Services at the North Sacramento Area Office.

The CHP's mission is to ensure safety and security on California's highways. This contract aims to maintain the functionality and safety of their facilities through necessary repairs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive Parking Lot Repair, Seal, and Restripe Services as outlined in Exhibit A entitled 'Scope of Work'.

This includes but is not limited to: repairing asphalt surfaces, sealing cracks, restriping parking spaces, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The contractor must possess a valid Contractor State License Board (CSLB) C-12 license and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). All work must adhere to prevailing wage laws as specified by the DIR.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is from May 01, 2025, through April 30, 2026.

The term may be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the CHP North Sacramento Area Office located at 5109 Tyler Street, Sacramento, CA 95841.
