Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking bids for the procurement of various sized paper towels and toilet paper to be delivered to its facilities. This solicitation aims to ensure that the CDCR has a reliable supply of essential hygiene products for its operations, particularly for the fiscal year 2025-2026, second quarter.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:

1. Towel, Economy Singlefold, Sheet Size 9-1/4 x 10-1/4 inches, 1 ply, count 250, 16 packs per package of 4000 (1200 cases required).

2. Economy Multifold Towel, Sheet Size 9-1/4 x 9-1/2 inches, count 250, 16 packs per package of 4000 (1035 cases required).

3. Roll Towel, Hardwound, 1 ply, white color, sheet width 10 inches, roll length 800 ft, core 1-3/4 inches, EPA compliant (40 cases required).

4. Toilet Paper, 1 ply white with 1000 sheets per roll (96 rolls per case), individual wrap (900 cases required).

5. Toilet Paper, 2 ply white with 500 sheets per roll (96 rolls per case), individual wrap (2700 cases required).

The total quantity for all items is approximately 5875 cases.

Period of Performance
The delivery schedule spans from October 1, 2025 to December 1, 2025 with specific quantities due on each date.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various CDCR facilities located in California including Avenal State Prison and Kern Valley State Prison.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Small Business (SB), Micro Business (MB), or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) in California. They must also comply with the Darfur Contracting Act and provide necessary certifications regarding recycled content in products offered.
