PAPER TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER, FY 25-26, 1st QTR. CDCR 1769 PODO (REGION 7)

Background
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking bids for the purchase of various sizes of paper towels and toilet paper to be used at its statewide institutions. This solicitation aims to leverage the department's consolidated purchasing capacity to obtain the lowest prices based on large quantity discounts.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply of the following items:
1. Towel, Economy Singlefold, Sheet Size 9-1/4 x 10-1/4 inches, 1 ply, Count 250, 16 packs, Package of 4000.
2. Economy Multifold Towel, Sheet Size 9-1/4 x 9-1/2 inches, Count 250, 16 packs, Package of 4000.
3. Roll Towel, Hardwound, 1 ply, White color, Sheet Width 10 inches, Roll Length 800 ft, Core 1-3/4 inches, EPA compliant.
4. Toilet Paper, 2 ply White, 500 sheets per roll.

All products must meet specified quality standards and be delivered in cases as outlined in the Quote Worksheet.

Period of Performance
The deliveries are scheduled for the first quarter of FY25-26 with specific dates for each item: July 1, August 1, and September 2 of 2025.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various CDCR facilities located throughout California including Calipatria State Prison and California Institution for Men among others.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed to do business with the State of California and possess all necessary licenses and permits required by law. They must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of California certification as a small business (SB), microbusiness (MB), or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) if applicable.
