PACS and CPACS

Background
San Bernardino County, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified proposers to provide new Picture Archiving and Communication Systems and Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, including software upgrade, maintenance and support for Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The County estimates a budget of $1,000,000 annually for completion of this work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of five years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by the San Bernardino County’s Board of Supervisors or its designee.
The location where services are to be provided, completed and managed is at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, 400 North Pepper Avenue, Colton, CA 92324.

Work Details
San Bernardino County is seeking proposals to provide new Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (CPACS) utilized by ARMC Medical Imaging and Cardiology Departments. The PACS and CPACS solution shall also include software upgrade, maintenance and support as well as storage of and ARMC’s convenient access to images from multiple sources/source machine types.
The solution will also include digital transmission of electronic images and reports. The Proposer must provide a minimum of a one-year full warranty and support on all software associated hardware and services.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be for a maximum of five years beginning on the date an agreement is signed by the San Bernardino County’s Board of Supervisors or its designee.
