Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for generators at the Nimbus Fish Hatchery and American River Trout Hatchery located in Sacramento County, California. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the generators are properly maintained and serviced to function safely and efficiently.

Work Details
The contractor will provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the yearly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of two (2) diesel generators and one (1) propane generator. The services include:

- Annual inspections and maintenance of Cummins Generators (Model: GGHH-1524150, Serial Number: J150879943) and Blue Star Power Systems Generator (Model: VD150-04FT4).
- Foreseeable repairs including replacement of heater blocks, batteries, coolant fluid, and diagnostic visits.
- Unforeseeable repairs with specified labor rates for regular and overtime hours.
- All rates must include labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary for inspection and servicing.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the award date until the completion of all required services as outlined in the bid documents.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Nimbus Fish Hatchery and American River Trout Hatchery located in Sacramento County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirement of 3%. All subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and possess valid licenses from the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Bidders must also acknowledge prevailing wage requirements applicable in Sacramento County.
