Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) P2560014 for the Baldwin Lake Office Siding Repairs at Baldwin Lake Ecological Reserve, located in San Bernardino County, California. Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits, and taxes necessary to replace siding and sheathing and perform exterior painting of the Baldwin Lake Ecological Reserve Office Building. Additional miscellaneous improvements may also be included as part of the project scope.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon approval from the Department of General Services (DGS) and will continue through June 30, 2026. Construction must be completed within twenty (20) working days following the official 'Notice of Start Date' issued by CDFW.

Bidders must be licensed as either a General Engineering Contractor (Class A) or a General Building Contractor (Class B). All contractors and subcontractors listed in the bid proposal must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for public works projects exceeding $25,000. Compliance with prevailing wage laws is mandatory. Bidders are also required to submit a Bidder Declaration Form documenting any small business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation.
