P2560007 - HVAC Maintenance and Repair San Jacinto Wildlife Area

Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units at the San Jacinto Wildlife Area in Riverside County, California.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that HVAC systems are functioning properly and safely through regular inspections and maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for semi-annual inspection, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of HVAC units. This includes:
- Semi-annual inspection and maintenance services for HVAC units over a period of three years.
- Foreseeable repair services including replacing filters and other necessary repairs as identified.
- Unforeseeable repair services which may include urgent repairs during normal business hours or outside normal business hours.
The contractor will also be responsible for any parts required for these repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years with semi-annual inspections scheduled throughout this timeframe.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the San Jacinto Wildlife Area located in Riverside County, California.
