Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is issuing this solicitation for HVAC semi-annual inspection and maintenance services at the Slinkard/Little Antelope Wildlife Area in Mono County, California.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems function properly and safely through regular maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the semi-annual inspection, maintenance, and servicing of four (4) HVAC units and systems.
