This Request for Quotation and any subsequent blanket award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified below (Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid. Please, avoid mistakes, read the documents identified herein. Please see PDF attached for item bid sheet.
Background
The City of Oakland is seeking bids for Outsource Printing Services to support its operations. This contract aims to provide necessary printing services as required by the city over a specified period.

Work Details
