Background
The City of San Marcos, located in the north central part of San Diego County, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional organizational development services. The City, incorporated in 1963 and established as a charter city in 1994, has a population of approximately 90,000. The goal of this contract is to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the City's operations through various organizational development initiatives.
Work Details
The selected firm will provide a range of organizational development services including: individual coaching, leadership development, team coaching, strategic planning facilitation, change management, team design, training and skills development, meeting facilitation, employee engagement strategies, and onboarding design.
The City may award multiple contracts to establish a pool of on-call firms for these services on an as-needed basis.
Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of five (5) years, consisting of an initial three-year period with two optional one-year renewals at the City's discretion.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of San Marcos, California.
Bidder Requirements
Consultants must comply with all applicable state and federal labor laws and regulations. They are required to maintain necessary licenses and certifications throughout the contract term. Additionally, consultants must provide proof of insurance as specified by the City’s requirements.
