On-Call Stormwater Engineering and Regulatory Compliance Support Services

Background
The City of Pasadena is seeking the services of five (5) qualified firms to provide on-call Engineering Services for a wide variety of Water Quality Improvement Projects and Regulatory Compliance Support Services.
The goal is to enhance water quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through various engineering and consulting services.

Work Details
The services to be provided include:
- Feasibility Studies
- Preliminary Design Reports
- Construction Plans and Specifications
- Cost Estimation
- Project Management
- Construction Management and Special Inspections
- Surveying and Mapping
- Environmental Permitting and Assessments
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Transportation Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Public Outreach and Engagement
- Grant Support
- Water Quality and Compliance Support.
Proposers must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar projects to oversee work and sign project-related documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of three years with two one-year extensions from the date the City executes the contract or until $1,500,000 is expended.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the City of Pasadena.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must possess relevant licenses such as California Professional Engineering License or California Professional Land Surveyor License.
They are encouraged to focus on their areas of strength without needing to team with numerous sub-consultants.
Additionally, compliance with the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity practices is required.
